The date and time you choose for an appointment
Any details you choose to share about your family, home, or coverage needs

To confirm and hold your appointment
To answer your questions and prepare quotes
To follow up with you about your coverage
To send calls, emails, or text messages you've agreed to receive

Text messages and mobile information

If you agree to receive text messages, I'll use your phone number to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, discuss requested quotes, and provide application updates. Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How your information is shared

I never sell or rent your personal information. I only share it:

With insurance carriers, when you choose to apply for coverage
With service providers I use to run my business, such as scheduling (Calendly), CRM, and communication tools. They may use your information only to provide those services to me.
When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request

Security and retention

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. I keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet my legal and licensing obligations.
